we stayed in the holiday inn a few blocks away from the stadium last year. Good location to the stadium, but not much else. If you're going, rent a car because where the stadium is located is all industrial, not that much to do. We had to cab it to go into "downtown" tucson and that cost a fortune.

hawks win their 4th in a row Lalime huge again. Now, that was an entertaining hockey game.

Just to get an illini opinion in here. In my 4 years here, we have lacked a concrete basketball rival. Mizzou is the only one that's really been around for a long time. Other than that, MSU and wisconsin for the past 3 years have been the only thing even close to a rivalry. But honestly, that's just because they were the 3 big teams in the big ten in 04 and 05. Ever since the eric gordon thing, the IU rivalry has leapfrogged both of them by a long shot. But that's just my personal opinion over my time on campus.
