I haven't had a whole lot of time to play it, but I've been having alot of fun. The games against an ace I'll usually only score a few runs, while when I get to the bottom of the rotation, I'll start pounding runs in. I haven't played it enough to see any huge glitches yet.

depaul-nova game has been really good. Depaul has hung around the entire time, but it's not looking good right now. 67-61 nova with a minute left.

the gameplay is very satisfying. You'll have a ton of fun playing the actual games, but as usual 2k seems to not polish a real good game. I tried a fantasy draft and maybe have the best infield ever. (Mauer, howard, cano, reyes, wright), along with crawford and soriano in the outfield. The roster AI seems terrible.

I've been to a few U of I games. It's not something I'd work my day around, but if I have nothing to do, nothing beats going to see a free baseball game.

I went basketball. Basketball usually has the biggest moments/examples of how momentum can change a game in an instant. Also, basketball games are much much louder just because of the fact that they're indoors and in a much more intimate atmosphere.

I finally saw the tenacious d movie. If you go into expecting something completely ridiculous (as you should if you've listened to their stuff before) it is really really enjoyable.

eh, it was an intense game, beating the number one team, AND winning your conference. I really don't have a problem with rushing the court today.
