This post isn't hoping for anybody to beaned. Having said that, it wouldn't surprise me if it happens now. TLR is an old school manager, and Donaldson keeps running his mouth.
We really can't call for the beaning of players anymore? It's part of baseball, like it or not. I'm not calling for injury. Plus, world series manager Ozzie agreed with what I'm saying in the postgame.
Burger's trade value is rising FAST. The guy was a legit prospect before his injuries. He has come back after 2 years off and is absolutely raking. It's like he didn't miss a beat. This guy has a major league bat and can play 3rd base. I feel like he has cemented himself as a top 100 prospect again.
How much can this guy realistically cost? He was pretty pedestrian last year. Who knows if he will revert back to mediocrity during this season. He's an aging, half year rental. I can't see it costing that much.
I'd recommend taking a quick Uber to the West Loop personally. Very cool area now a days. Au Cheval and The Loyalist have some of the best burgers in the city. You could grab some beers at the Haymarket after. It is a brewpub, so they serve their own beers.
I'm too young to remember anything in the early to mid 90's. Malice in the Police was pretty big. Not top 3, but top 10 for sure. Seeing NBA players swinging at fans was wild.
Since Yermin can't hit anymore, I'd just prefer Hamilton in CF and Goodwin in RF. DH Sheets. The Vaughn-Goodwin-Sheets OF may be the worst defensive OF in the majors.
