Coop needs to go the way of Herm. Get him the hell out.

Back in the day, men would be working 12 hour shifts if the coal mines. They'd be breathing in coal dust with a smidge of oxygen. The specimen who looks like Thor can't pitch for hundreds of thousands?

I really question his testicular fortitude as well.

Basic!

If Jose Abreu can play 1B, Yermin can play 3B.

I would like to see if Vaughn can handle the move to catcher

There is a chance everyone is screwed anyway. What if we don't develop a vaccine in the near future? What if this thing mutates and previous immunity is gone? If we get it under control, what stops it from coming back when things open up? Are you hedging your bets on a working vaccine being developed in the near future?

I can definitely see it happening. Seeing the failure that was CHAZ/CHOP, statues being torn down, the media treating Trump unfairly, etc. This type of stuff drives moderates away from the left. The polls show Biden smoking Trump, but we all remember 2016. I can easily see Trump winning again.

Eh, I'm not going to speculate who has it. Let's just hope those players and their families are safe. These guys are young and in good shape, so I'm optimistic.

Ex-teammate alleges Grandal took roids in front of teammates

I'm a big kratom fan, not going to lie. It's one of my favorite things to use as a preworkout. It never gives me much of an "energy" boost like caffeine or amphetamines, but it does give me a mental boost, and definitely increases my endurance. I know a lot of people get energy boosts from it though. It also feels similar to a Vicodin at slightly higher doses. I'm sure there are sports players who is it for pain relief. @ptatc, have you heard much about kratom or known of any athletes using it? It's currently legal. -
No reason to give up on Lopez starting yet. The guy has great stuff and has thrown some gems. Let him start another year.

Man, I regret being so lazy about the Hamilton lottery, seeing as you won 3 times.

Wasn't able to sleep most of the night due to being 100% congested in my nose, and also congested in my chest with a cough. Sounds more like a sinus infection, but I intend on getting tested today or tomorrow.

Which software are you using?

To ray ray and @The Beast, what were your background's prior to pursuing data science master's degrees? I'm in an engineering field currently, and quite frankly I'm not too happy with it and have been considering getting a master's or learning software development. The pay ceiling in my current industry just doesn't seem worth it for the stress that comes from my job.

People had no problem ignoring the numerous atrocities happening around the world today (Uyghur death camps, slavery, human trafficking, billions living in horrendous conditions, etc.) This just happens to be something that impacts people on our soil, rich or poor. Is this really the straw that broke the camel's back for being "ethically bankrupt"? You could easily argue that most of us were already "ethically bankrupt."

Very interesting. Does this help with recovery as well, or just has the Adderall effect? -
Everybody here is sleeping on Yermin, and quite frankly it is a joke. You, me and squirmin' will be able to rub it in the faces of all the doubters when Yermin succeeds.

1. Yermin Mercedes 2. Kopech 3. Seeing if Ricky can stop making boneheaded calls now that he has an improved team

Sox planning on having fans present in small amounts

Quit whining. It's time for baseball already. You bet your ass I'll be throwing back some cold ones with the boys at a handful of Sox games this year. -
One thing I'm particularly interested in is how this shortened season will affect pitchers in the following year. How will pitching 1/3 of the season impact them all next year? They will have pitched significantly less innings than normal. Will they continue to pitch after the season ends to maintain the workload on their arms?
-
This is assuming the majority of players DON'T want to come back. For many players, this is wealth they may never come close to again. Playing will help them further their career and add to the possibility of never having to work after they retire.

Pug fugly for sure, but i can't knock a team for having a retractable dome when we still don't have any in Chicago.
