After TLR, Abreu has the most power in this organization (owners aside). Abreu ain't going anywhere. -

Teams wouldn't want Anderson, Cease, Kopech or Vaughn? Lol stop it Jack. You're getting too pessimistic again. -
Thanks for bringing me down memory lane to the early and mid 20s days where responsibility was minimal and the times were good.

@Kalapse if you could Photoshop Tony's head onto a tank and make it the banner, we would all appreciate it. Thank you. -
It's clear the team we have is not a contender. The team is riddled with injuries. Our manager is awful and the team has seemingly given up. In order to rid the team of La Russa, they must lose enough to ensure that he won't return next year. Further, this is the first year where they will be implementing the MLB draft lottery. The team does not have to finish in last place in order to get the first pick. This team likely won't finish in last place, so just missing the playoffs and being bad is good enough. We must lose, get rid of Tony, and get the 1st pick.

Trying to one up me in the +1/reputation department eh?

TLR said he wanted Kelly in the 8th. He was saving him for that.

You can tell after 6 ABs huh?

Happy pride weekend to you

What did he say?

How can you bench Lenyn tomorrow after that? He didn't do anything spectacular, but he hustled to first then score due to some solid base running. Send the right message and let the guy who hustled play again tomorrow. How many players on this team would have hustled to 1st, and then scored there due to heads up baseball? Honestly, I'm not sure any of them would.

These athletes now a days are charmin soft. MJ would score 50+ on these bums.
