I would love this...regardless I hope the staff is top notch, curious who will join it, but having a young, up and coming bench coach would make a ton of sense There's some good internal options like Zaleski for PC or Jirschele for BC, but there's also plenty outside like Espada from HOU I saw Willie Harris got an interview, he'd be interesting BC as well

Really wanted us to draft him in '12 and have always liked him, but at this point, I think he's highly overvalued

I know he's a question mark, but I think Kopech helps a ton next year...Additionally, I think Cease and Dunning both further develop, they both were good in this messed up season, that's 5 starters right there, but if a vet is wanted I don't think a Bauer is necessary...Maybe a Hamels or Q or Paxton or Kluber I think for the sake of our pitching and lineup depth, McCann is a top priority to retain...What an advantage it is to have him and Grandal, I also think Vaughn will be up to DH and obviously that's major...maybe a platoon OF like Pederson is signed as well I'm a proponent of retaining Colome as well, but understand the skepticism of some relating to that In house signings are my priority, the young players will continue to develop and improve, which will be more beneficial than most FAs

McCann was my top priority, but my optimism on a return is fading Colome was next, nothing longer than a 3 year deal...Well deserved I know we want Bauer/Stroman, but I don't see SP as such a pressing need, another arm would be nice, but with Kopech back and Cease/Dunning progressing, I'm less eager to overpay for an arm in the offseason Not sure what to make of RF, who's out there?
