  1. Absolutely...Think Hahn would have loved to grab HS talent early if Madrigal and Walker didn't present themselves, drafting from HS is pretty key to sustaining a strong farm system (along with INTL signings and obviously development)
  2. I was realistically only interested on signing relief this off season but I think we have enough on the Farm to be honest, very possibly another quiet off season here
  3. Don't think $ is a concern for NYY regarding a long term core of those 3...premature on Machado too, Philly and LAD are in on him too and maybe even CWS will be (unlikely) Maybe, but rather hold onto Rodon, Kopech, Cease, etc....Have a feeling NYY spends in FA on pitching and holds onto their young core, just like we should
  4. Really would love to keep Smith over Castillo Engel building off this August would be huge, love what I've seen from him and TA7
  5. No doubt Looks even better if Gio can find his August/September form and stay in it and if Rey finds consistency
  6. Yeah I heard Beane was looking for a clubby
  7. Rather develop guys now than get a higher pick
  8. Opening Day? C; Omar Narvaez, Wellington Castillo 1B: Abreu, Davidson 2B: Moncada 3B: Yolmer SS: Anderson OF: Avi, Engel, Leury, Palka, Nicky Rotation: Rodon, Kopech, Giolito, Lopez, Stephens Bullpen: Jones, Fry, Fulmer, Bummer, Burr, Hamilton, Vieria Really not too different
  9. 11th time seeing my ChiSox in The Bronx and they finally win, I'll always remember this one, awesome win
  10. Does a lot more than just "hit bombs"
  11. Not a bad start from Guerrero
  12. Good to see Tyler Frost boost that AVG up, big time power
  13. Would be quite the story
  14. Should be changing constantly with the probable influx of Kopech, Cease, Dunning, maybe Hansen late and possibly Adams and Stephens, but Rodon, Gio, and Lopez will be constants pending health God does Kopech, Rodon, and Cease sound filthy (hopefully Hansen)
  15. KAN gonna be real interesting with Alfaro/Troutwine, Zangari, Nunez, Bush, Sosa, Walker, Dawkins, and Sowers
  16. Collins, Booker, Mendick all batting .247
  17. Along with a rotation featuring Pilkington, Martin, Stiever, Heuer, and Bilous...Should be another strong KAN team
  18. Beltre, Sosa, Nunez, and Alfaro gonna be a fun bunch at KAN next year with Zangari
  19. COULD be up in late '19, but ETA is probably more of a mid-2020 No reason to rush him, let him master KAN first
  20. Almost think he'll be in KAN regardless
