  1. Love high energy pitchers like Jake Peavy but this is just dumb
  2. The only lock to be gone by 4 IMO is Joey Bart (he'll be a top 2 pick), I suspect Mize as well but slim chance he falls, my only worry about not getting Madrigal is PHI taking him
  3. Zavala seems healthy and Collins is up to .275, wow Wonder when we see Dunning in ChiTown, September earliest but likely Spring of '19...Kopech, Stephens, Fulmer up first
  4. Jacob May been raking lately, .316 in his last 10
  5. Don't forget how jammed up the system is
  6. Also have a feeling Madrigal will be the SS in KAN sooner rather than later, 2020 ETA, seems to be able to play SS fine or 2B
  7. https://www.mlb.com/news/best-prospect-tools-in-2018-mlb-draft/c-278261696 Good read, Montes De Oca highly thought of
  8. http://alpb.bbstats.pointstreak.com/player.html?playerid=1256099 Happy for the kid, hopefully someone picks him up, biggest slugger in the league which is interesting because the ALPB was always thought to have similar competition of AA which is where he struggled
  9. Lot of notable names, I guess Reinsdorf goes round 35-40 https://www.mlb.com/news/2018-draft-class-mlb-legacies-notable-names/c-277804970?tid=167757330 Larry King's sons and Alek Thomas notable Sox connections as well, didn't realize how highly thought of Thomas is, would love him in the second round if somehow he is still there, mixed ratings
  10. Down to Singer and Madrigal I feel with Bart and Mize being locks to go before, very happy with that
  11. Really believe it's Madrigal at 4, all for it, top bat
  12. Solid defensively as well, rooting for him
  13. That Matt Rose hype really died Collins grazing .270
  14. How is SP such a glaring need? Lopez is a lock for the future and have Kopech, Hansen, Cease down on the farm, maybe Giolito pans out or even Fulmer...forgetting Dunning as well Oh, and they're all righties Rodon too I agree that you draft BPA at 4 and I'd actually like Singer but Madrigal first
  15. Plenty of talent to pass on that OSU kid
  16. Can't believe how far he's tumbled but he hasn't done much notable
  17. Mize has a SICK statline but really fell off as the season progressed, still prefer Singer who isn't as filthy but more consistent Would love Madrigal or Singer at 4...I actually prefer a HS arm to Bohm at 4 and I think Hahn would too see some very interesting names by our round 2 pick (Hjelle, Beer, de Sedas) and beyond (Hess-92, Sands-117, Montes De Oca-139, Schwarz-196, Rasmussen-200) Madrigal, Hjelle or Singer, Beer would be an absolutely awesome Day 1
  18. Jirschele really has a great team, second best record in MiLB Luis Gonzalez really raking too, great season Can't wait to see who their All Stars are, I'll guess Rivera, Villa, Gonzalez, Blackman, Dedelow, Henzman, Parke, Johnson, and Battenfield
  19. What a game from Collins, can't wait to see him on the SouthSide Real nice start from Dunning, Hamilton is gonna be nice too, backend bullpen type
  20. Must have real cool for Rodon to pitch to his college battery mate again, Austin had a great game Great start from Rodon, can't wait to see him back, people forget how young he is
  21. Either way, having a great season and should help this team in the long run
  22. Find it hilarious Singer and Madrigal are that low yet will both go Top 5, give me either and I'm happy
  23. Dedelow up to .290, awesome
