Hate just giving up on a guy who has been in our system for a long time and has some promise but not really sure what we can do to actually keep him. He would just be sitting on the bench starting once or twice a week and that wouldn't help his development at all
Pollock's stats last year were great, if he can give us 120 games plus playoffs this is a huge win for the lineup
But with Crochet/Kimberl possibly both gone the bullpen depth isn't great, easy fix at the deadline though.
This front office/ownership is so frustrating. We have a real chance on competing for a World Series and not just to get in the playoffs and our GM is just saying nonsense about starting a 1B in RF
If all stays healthy I think we for sure have enough offense, we potentially have 6 all-star level players in the lineup. I still would like to add another bat to be safe though
