Im not pining for more Zavala or Collins. But Reese has to be really good back there to counteract the bat. Certainly hasn’t looked great back there after the first week or so. But yes this is moreso an issue with the clown running this team.

Seriously tho, is McGuire even a good catcher? He’s looked awful back there lately. He’s got a big arm but I’m unimpressed at this point.

Cueto threw only 60 some pitches on Fri and TLR said he needs 1-2 more starts. While I would have pitched him more Fri and made the change next start, I don’t think we’ll be so lucky.

God damn it Leury. How can you expect to score runs with Leury, McGuire, Harrison bottom third.

I think Eloy is a much better overall hitter than Soler. He just needs to stay healthy which seems unlikely unfortunately.
