    TBF, Semien has been clutch in the late innings. His timely hits reminded me of Joe Crede in 2005. If he can keep that up, then the pressure will be on Beckham to produce.

    That was a heck of a pitching performance against a good Rays line up. Zobrist, Longoria and Myers were made to look silly by Carroll. I hope he keeps getting his chance, he's pitched better than Paulino, EJ and the bullpen so far. Robin said it well last night, he has shown the rest of the pitching staff what happens when you throw strikes. Abreu - wow - 10 homers, 31 RBI, leads the majors in both. All we're missing is some topless fellows with Abreu strewn across their chests.....
