Surgery was successful. Scar tissue was removed, and the knee was revealed to be structurally sound. Prognosis for a full recovery is excellent, and he is expected to be ready for Spring Training with no restrictions.

30/99 now. Had a shot at RBI 100 with a runner in scoring position in the 8th and two outs, but he grounded out.

Nice job by Eaton there, and shout-out to Flowers for going 4-4 with a clutch RBI. Quintana will get a no-decision rather than a loss. edit- maybe not. he's back out for the 9th at 106 pitches
