  1. QUOTE (Dunt @ Jun 19, 2015 -> 09:00 PM) Chris Sale is the best pitcher in baseball. Gerrit Cole
  2. QUOTE (BigHurt3515 @ Jun 19, 2015 -> 09:00 PM) Yes with Robertson ready to go if someone gets on agreed, unless the first batter takes like 10 pitches
  3. QUOTE (fathom @ Jun 14, 2015 -> 11:22 PM) If Dodgers want to trade Joc, Seager and Urias for him....then I'm fine trading him Not me. I know Joc is doing well in the majors, but I wouldn't consider any of them "sure thing" prospects... in my opinion, Bryant is/was the only sure thing prospect this year. Anyway, I wouldn't trade a star in Sale for unproven prospects because you never know what can happen to the prospects, while you do know what you're going to get from Sale (and he's doing it on a very team-friendly contract, thus making him more valuable).
  4. If we trade Chris Sale, I probably would stop following the White Sox this season. No return is fair. Unless you're getting back proven stars, you don't trade a top five player in baseball on a ridiculously cheap contact.
  5. 6/14/15 White Sox @ Rays Adan Earon "Spanky" (6 pts): Alexei "Cuban Missile" (3 pts): Condor13 Jose Abreu "Cuban Crusher" (1 pts): Jose Abreu LaRoche (2 pts): Avi (3 pts): Connor/Bacon (4 pts): Flowers/Soto (3 pts): Sanchez/Emilio (6 pts): Bench (8 pts): Noone ( 1,000,000 pts ): hi8is

  7. QUOTE (Stan Bahnsen @ Jun 12, 2015 -> 11:35 AM) Happy Birthday Avi! 24 today, keep it going, kid. Doesn't he hit a lot of long home runs in Tampa? This is good timing!
  8. QUOTE (Jerksticks @ Jun 10, 2015 -> 10:30 PM) Sweeping the Astros feels way better than sweeping the As. Imagine saying that just one year ago...
  9. QUOTE (Quinarvy @ Jun 10, 2015 -> 10:29 PM) Quintana's bad luck ran it's course for at least one game. That Chris Carter double and Bonifacio throw are things that would only happen with him on the mound, though
  10. QUOTE (OmarComing25 @ Jun 10, 2015 -> 10:27 PM) His 2-6 record probably jumped out at them too. But it's not like he's a rookie, he's been great for several years. He was top ten in WAR among starting pitchers last year for crying out loud. Exactly. It's nice to see Sale getting all this national attention this week, but Quintana (not necessarily this year, but in general) deserves some too.
  11. It's nice that we finally take advantage of a scuffling team. Great series.
  12. QUOTE (OmarComing25 @ Jun 10, 2015 -> 10:22 PM) Was just reading an Astros board and they were complaining about once again being shut down by a "horrible pitcher". Quintana really gets no respect. The casual fan sees his 4.28 ERA (before the game, now it's 4.00) and assumes that he's trash, I guess
  13. QUOTE (Jose Paniagua @ Jun 10, 2015 -> 10:18 PM) Hawk is just absolutely not seeing these replays. One thing is being a homer but he's just completely seeing something different in slow motion than the rest of humanity Agreed, but I still think Garcia was safe.
