I'm curious as to the level of interest the Sox have in Kang. He looks pretty good on defense and there's no denying his power. He could be alright after some time to adjust to the majors but as a few others have pointed out, that leg kick could cause him some problems against the better pitchers he would face in the majors.

Both Corey and Felix were deserving and since neither wear a Sox uni, who won means less than zero to me. Congrats to Kluber though, dude had a hell of a season.

I would MUCH rather beg, plead and if necessary threaten Adam Dunn into coming out of retirement and wearing a Sox uni for one more season.

No surprise, I never considered VMart much of a realistic option for the Sox. Too bad VMart didn't sign with a team outside the ALC.

Would love to know the asking price for Tyson Ross. Then again, maybe not.

Another way to look at it is... Scherzer will cost at least 25M per year to pitch 33 games. I would rather spend that 25M on two players such as Headley who improves the defense, provides a much needed LH bat and if healthy helps the team in 150+ games and Miller who would immediately be the closer in an absolutely horrible Sox bullpen that is in dire need of help. For a team with as many holes to fill as the Sox have, spending a minimum of 25M per year on a starter that can only help the team win in 33 of 162 games played is a piss poor dumb idea no matter how you slice it.

I would definitely take Lagares but would only have interest in Niese if the Sox could trade away Danks first.

Sullivan is now saying names were never exchanged and there will not be a trade between the cubs and Nat's.

I stand by the idea of signing Jed Lowrie and then trade him in a year or two when Anderson is ready. That's IF Alexei is even traded which I doubt.

I would not be surprised if some local writers look in on this site. Its a great way to get some insight to what Sox fans are thinking so writers can turn around and write what the fans want to hear about.

Apparently the cubs are taking with Masterson as well. Look out, here come the cubs.
