It's a matter of how close he comes to his ceiling. Frankly, what I've seen from the guy at the plate has made me more excited. This guy doesn't even need to square up the ball to get it out of the park. His hands and overall strength are ridiculous. If he extends and makes some form of barrel contact there's a possibility it's going to get a XB. He's just that strong. TLDR, there are enough tools in this guy that he can be a very productive player regardless of how much he strikes out. People need to relax. Moncada is built like a NFL running back, lean and strong While he has racked up k's, he also draws a solid amount of walks at this stage of development I also do not see a player with bust potential, but rather an mvp candidate/one of the best players in baseball ceiling and a floor of a solid mlb starter He's our blue chip guy, one who the Sox will continue to add talent to build around moving forward
