Took the #7 back in 1967 taking in a Mets-Phillies game at Shea. i remember sitting around some Mets fans and told them I was a White Sox fan and they said, gee you guys win 90 games every year. We were in first place at the time but came up short of 90 wins in 1967 as we lost the last 5 games of the season and a chance of winning the Pennant.

If only Colas could hit as well as his fielding.

Damn, we stink. They sort of got me excited with the Atlanta series win, now I’m back to fits of depression.

When is Clevinger due back, soon I hope.

The 18,000+ that showed up for Luis Aparicio Day was more than likely one of the largest crowds of the year as the Sox only drew 495,000 for the season, just a horrible year as the Sox finished at 56-106.

I’ve noticed quite a few MLB pitchers going with the leg kick, I don’t get it.

Gordo just said it and took the words out my mouth, all the mo in Atlanta is gone in less than a half inning.

I’ll give Sheets some credit for doing a decent job lately in right field but Colas should be in right field every game for the rest of the year, he had 2 hits Saturday night with some nice plays in the field but Sunday he’s on the bench with Eloy taking his place who then gets hurt and replaced by Sheets, I don’t get it except that Grifol is probably an idiot.

I think we have a good chance to at least win the series.

Trade Eloy and Sheets to the Rays for Josh Lowe.

IMHO Eloy seems like he has a lot more fun than Moncada who seems like he hates baseball.

Great series win especially after not showing up Friday night. On to Queens to face the Metropolitans, let’s win that series too.

My numbers might be a little off but Eloy has played 377 games out of a possible 636 since his first year in 2019. That includes the 60 game Covid year in 2020.

Luis is amazing, his swing is smooth as silk.

Andrew B. is on fire, his wrist must be better, I expect to see some homers soon.

What are they looking at in NY.
