  1. Holy s***. That's f***ing awful to see. After what feels like a never-ending stretch of injuries (Garcia, with minor ones by Sale and Abreu, Rose and basically every other Bull, Toews, etc), I am extremely sensitive to injuries and wouldn't wish them on any payer or any fanbase, but this looks truly f***ing terrible. I really, really hope this missed a terribly sensitive spot, and hope he can return quickly and with as much talent as ever. f***ing awful.
  2. That has to be the first hit in quite awhile for Eaton... Hopefully that can light a spark.
  3. QUOTE (SAVVY18 @ Mar 9, 2015 -> 03:19 PM) Anyone else having a hard time hearing the announcers? I think the field mic's are up too loud and the announcers are too low. Yeah, that sounds like what's happening, although the field mic's might just be average (and only sound so loud in comparison to the announcers). Have my laptop and speakers turned up to full volume, and it's still barely audible. Hopefully someone lets the audio people know ASAP.
  4. Nice catch by Eaton. That guy can do everything.
  5. Nice catch by Eaton. That guy can do everything.
  6. Official game now - no need to worry about rain.
  7. lol, Gillaspie attempted a Baltimore chop there. What's with all of these first pitch outs, come on guys.
  8. Obvi he meant Pablo. 54 pitches is worrisome, but he's still on a good pace to make it through six, maybe seven if he pitches more efficiently and starts getting 1-2-3 innings.
  9. Spoke too soon, first pitch DP.... Cmon Tank.
  10. Stupid shift on Alexei, leadoff man aboard. No double plays, let's go.
  11. I still don't get why pitchers are going inside to Jose, but play with fire and you get BURNED. Also, the saga of Conor Gillaspie: The Kid Who Only Hit Line Drives continues.
  12. QUOTE (Bigsoxhurt35 @ Jun 12, 2014 -> 08:14 PM) Tank is well over due for a homer It'll happen soon. Ugh we've let Scherzer off the hook twice now.
  13. Tank has gotten so much more patient this year.
  14. QUOTE (BigHurt3515 @ Jun 12, 2014 -> 08:11 PM) It was almost the exact spot as Sale's inside pitch to Miggy that was a ball. Maybe a tad bit outside more. Yeah that's what made me comment that. Whatever, give the Tigers welfare, they obviously need it. I was watching an ESPN panel earlier today that talked about how bad they felt for the Tigers, and I was like, yeah, only two pennants in the past three years and they're still in first place, how f***ing tragic.
  15. This ump's strike zone is wildly inconsistent IMO
  16. I don't think Abreu is going to do well against Scherzer. He just has issues hitting it low.
  17. Second Sox fly ball to the warning track. This is gonna catch up to him.
  18. Sox hitters are calling time a lot on Scherzer, taking a lot of pitches. That's what happens when you take f***ing forever to wind up, I hate pitchers that do that.
  19. Yeah Eaton is streaky but he recovers at least. Let's see what Bacon can do.
  20. De Aza looks so f***ing hapless on the basepaths, but gets lucky sometimes lol.
  21. I knew the beginning of the year was too good to be true. Flowers is letting his inner Flowers blossom.
  22. De Aza: first baserunner of the game.
