  1. She looked pretty happy and unharmed in those bed videos.
  2. Honestly, I've grown so numb to this team that I don't think I would be upset nor excited if we signed this guy. This team needs arms and you can sign him for cheap. Also, bring back Clevinger, our best pitcher of 2023.
  3. f*** it. Sign him. We’re at such a low point already anyway.
  4. Man, they cleared 90 by a pretty good margin lol
  5. That was my first thought as well. But even if TA says he'll move to 2B a year ago, you really think the Sox are players for Turner, Swanson, Correa, or Xander? Hell no.
  6. Can Sosa play short? I’d rather not give it to a rookie but there is nothing else really out there in free agency unless you want Andrus to be a stop gap. But then you’re just giving time to past their prime veterans again.
  7. Haven't seen this posted anywhere yet, but about time. https://www.mlbtraderumors.com/2023/10/tim-anderson-willing-to-move-to-second-base.html
  8. Looks like the game is being completed Monday (if necessary). Come on Brewers, sweep the Cubs!
  9. With the way our rotation is looking next year, maybe the third starter lol
  10. If I'm Giolito, I probably don't want to come back here lol watch him sign a one-year deal in LA (Dodgers) back home and become a stud.
  11. Yeah, no other options in free agency to bring in. Pick up the option and hope you can move him. And hope Colson is ready.
  12. Honestly, listening to Getz before the game, I’m like 50/50 sure that TA will be back.
  13. He was grimacing after a SB and then running down a ball in the OF. Hopefully he can finish the he year.
  14. DJ and McKnight tonight. Who’s calling the radio feed?
  15. Honestly same. I've grown so numb. I don't really care if they bring back Clevinger either.
  16. I'm not even basing it off of his comments. They tried to get him at the deadline. With the connection to Grifol, I think it's likely.
  17. You're not excited about a slow, aging, declining, past his prime catcher?
  18. Bring him back on 2 year deal and stick him on bench while he is recovering.
  19. Nothing says getting more athletic than trading for Salvador Perez.
  20. Obviously they won't pick up the option but what if they could re-work the deal into a 2 year deal that is back-loaded + buyout/option that guarantees him the same amount of money owed? Example: 2024: $3 Million (let him rehab towards end of the year in minors) 2025: $9 Million 2026: $9 Million option/$3 Million buyout Or use the opt out and then pay him a lesser 2 year deal I guess would work too. Edit: with this in mind, maybe bringing him back on some sort of multi-year deal would be great for the team next year. He might be the kind of guy who would rather rest and hang out with the team (at least maybe for the home games) and be in the dugout than sit at home. And then you would have that personality of his on the bench until it's time for him to go work his way back in the minors.
  21. I would wager a large amount of money on him being traded here.
