Ok so assume Dodgers sign Freeman. With all the depth they have and guys able to play multiple positions (not just on the bench but in the lineup), is Harold’s idea of trading for Lux at all realistic? This of course would mean Harrison and García are on the bench but would still likely get enough playing time with injuries and shit.
I agree. I just meant it would be weird to not do anything else. At this rate, they might as well grab Story, 2 of Greinke, Pineda, Cueto and hope for a lightning in a bottle season.

They have Voit there too. I just feel like they will add a left-handed bat to play 1B. Seems like a good opportunity for a team like Milwaukee to try to grab both? Lots of pitching but lots of uncertainty in the lineup.
As I said in my post, no. Just not sure where the confidence to sign any of them comes from as history dictates otherwise. Would love for them to prove me wrong and spend more than $73 million on a free agent for the first time.
