Sox looking at building in South Loop

I’m guilty of putting them on only when something ridiculous has happened involving the Sox, whether it be on or off the field, that I have been pissed or laughed at. Listened too often the last couple of years lol -

Actually, I'm pretty sure most of their hosts are Sox fans: Bernstein, Holmes, Mully, and Haugh. You wouldn't know if you didn't/haven't listen for a while. At least they were anyway lol I think they're just like a lot of people here and sick of the JR era. -
Is Cody Heuer still there so we can trade back for him?

Grifol: DeJong, Lopez, Maldonado are good on offense
Bob Sacamano replied to Quin's topic in Pale Hose Talk
I guess I meant more he plays a full season in the MLB, not necessarily as a starter all season. Start at SS until Colson comes up and then shift to a bench role or 2B or whatever. -
Grifol: DeJong, Lopez, Maldonado are good on offense

Both are false. It's tough. I was thinking about this the other day, but what would he have to put up offensively to be considered "good?" If he plays great defense and sustains how he did with the Cardinals last season but over a full season, is that considered good enough? -

Oh yeah, that was idiotic last year. -
Teams usually don't add guys until the space is needed fyi.

Does he think we are stupid? We can Google players' stats. -

Jesse Scholtens to 60-day IL with torn UCL

Yeah, like I said above, he was getting buried with other depth signings too. Not buried, but if you had to DFA him you could. -

Yep, "just a guy" is the phrase that has been tossed around here lately for certain guys. Or as I like to call them: JAGs. -

No, because he's 30 in April and not a prospect. -
Sox trade Matthew Thompson to Cubs for old friend Bailey Horn
Bob Sacamano replied to Sleepy Harold's topic in Pale Hose Talk
I will say one thing: Matthew Thompson has a better shot on the Northside with their pitching lab and team of analytics than with our skeleton crew. Ultimately, I think both guys end up being nothing really. -

Pretty much just as a long-relief role but that seems to be going to Touki (barring injuries). -

I don't really count a guy who might throw 1-3 innings at the beginning of a game a SP. Especially when they can be flexible with that and pick their spots (either be an opener, have the innings come in the later middle innings or end of game). -
Tall DeJong!

I was going to say, on a 40-man roster, 5 left handed relievers actually seems kind of deep. And that doesn’t count just lefties in general. -

Long enough to where they could get away with him going on the 60-day where he could return end of May? -

Rule 5 draft pick Shane Drohan. If they want to keep him, he has to be on the MLB roster (assuming healthy). -
I’d hope they would at least manage some of the workload in the minors where you could skip him and ease him in better before coming up later

Yeah
