Correct me if I'm wrong (don't know where to really look for this) but in the years Heyward struggled with the bat, wasn't he always positive WAR-wise due to his great defense? (I also know that WAR isn't the end all be all)

Aim for 2 MLB everyday players with success and 3+ years of control each or a package of 3 position player top prospects near MLB-ready and a top pitching prospect.

With Martinez not signing yet, does anyone think that he may have a hand-shaken agreement with a team to wait until next summer to sign so a team can sign him and a bunch of others without the bigger market teams able to make signings? Obviously he'd have to be promised a lot to put off signing that long but I also feel like he should have signed by now so who knows.
