  1. Just gotta live with that from Vaughn.
  2. Nick is objectively bad at 2B. There really isn't anyway around it.
  3. How is this thread any different than what VAfan posted? Do we really need two threads telling White Sox fans not be upset with a 1-3 start?
  4. Jason dropping a “Chunnel” line was pretty awesome
  5. I don’t hate this theory, ron, I don’t hate it.
  6. ?Who’s in your headddddddd..? ?In your headdddddd...? ?Tony, Tony, Tony-e-e-e?
  7. We should form a super team. Let’s build a roster. LoL
  8. He really looked overmatched there. Insane to think that wasn’t going to happen having never played in AA, but some ugly AB’s early.
  9. Lol. One is a child. The other is a paid professional. Dude, just piss off. Put me on ignore. I agree with literally none of your views, on anything. I don’t want to talk to you. I have nothing to say to you.
  10. Yes, because if we’ve learned anything in life, doing things because “it’s just the way it is and this is how it’s always been done.” always is the correct way to approach things. Oh, and there is also no evidence it’s effective.
  11. I don’t have to be reminded how to do the most basic functions of my job...ever. And I don’t believe most humans have to be. We’re talking about Eaton dropping a basic pop up, Robert letting a ball hit him in the head. If TLR has to flip over a table to get guys to execute players Little Leaguers are literally expected to make....the manager isn’t the problem.
  12. The first two games of the season have been incredibly entertaining if you’re even a mild fan of baseball. If you haven’t enjoyed what you’ve watched, I suggest a new hobby
  13. While I agree it shouldn’t be happening at an ML level, if these players need to be told or yelled at to not let balls hit you in the head or catch fly balls....they shouldn’t be ML players.
  14. I agree with you....but I don't see Tony being that guy. And I do think the contract plays a role in that quite frankly. They paid him to be "the guy", this isn't Alex Colome. It's his ninth inning. I'm totally with you, I'm just saying how I think TLR probably sees it.
  15. The move to use Hendricks in the 8th was a big W for me last night. I’m a big believer in putting your best reliever in a spot where the game needs to be saved the most, and that isn’t always the 9th. Now, once it got to 12-6 I was open to them pulling him for another RP to make him available today, but I also understand how baseball works, costing Hendricks a save is probably not going to go over well and he just as easily could of had a 1-2-3 ninth, but Liam made it harder on himself than it probably needed to be. I also agree with Stone and Jason last night that I'm not sure Hendricks throws the same type of pitches to Ohtani if it's a one run game. Maybe, but it's just a different situation when you have a big cushion. Either way, I've been very pleased with TLR in the first two games. The tendencies he's showing early are very encouraging.
  16. I'm on the East Coast this week and having two close games in Game 1 and 2 has kept me up until 1am both nights after long days...not ideal. Come home, White Sox.
  17. It's been two games and I was in and out of the broadcast yesterday....but thus far I've been very happy with how TLR has managed in-game. I've agreed with almost all of decisions.
  18. Ok, now maybe you take out Hendricks lol
