I saw a Cubs fan on Twitter yesterday say David Ross is a Hall of Famer. It was unbelievable.

I'm not expecting a playoff berth or anything, but to have positive contributions by the guys you listed in a couple years would be nice.

Paulie is one of my all time favorites, but no, I don't think he's a Hall of Famer. With that being said, he's definitely one of the best Sox players to ever live and will always be remembered for what he did for the team.
