I just noticed this but Ozuna and Leonard Fournette are pretty much the same person

Maybe as a DH, but Ozuna as the everyday right fielder would most likely be a disaster.

The only reason I like Marcell Ozuna is because he’s Pablo Ozuna’s cousin. But he’s not really a fit for the Sox at all.

I would much rather aim for Ryu.

I love Madrigal and think he’s going to be really good but I would do that trade for the reason you mentioned. It’s a lot easier to find a serviceable second baseman than a pitcher.

Where would you move Rendon to? Second base? Then move Madrigal for a pitcher?

I'm really warming up to the idea of the Sox trading for either Sale or Price and getting Benintendi as a reward for taking on one of those big contracts. The Sox would then get a quality left handed starting pitcher as well as a promising young outfielder with several years of team control. It kills two birds with one stone. Sign me up for that.

Clinton Cole writes for FutureSox, and we all know his recent track record. I’m skeptical of all of them now.

People still think Bumgarner is as good as he was at his peak. He’s not. And these are the same people who would complain when he’s getting lit up in the AL. Overpaying for him out of desperation is one of the worst things the Sox could do right now.

Unbelievable how many meatball fans on Twitter want to give Bumgarner a huge contract.
