  1. To be fair, Anderson has backed up his trash talk with his performance on the field.
  2. Even the shitty Tigers can get runs in when guys are on 3rd base with less than 2 outs. That must be nice.
  3. I'm fine with never seeing Palka in a Sox uniform again.
  4. I don't know why Lopez suddenly has no command of anything. He wasn't like this at all last year.
  5. The Sox might be able to get a top 100 guy for Herrera too. He's been great so far.
  6. Does Bañuelos remind anyone else of Quintana a little bit?
  7. I forgot about Floyd and Swarzak. Even so, I think the game has passed Cooper by. I would love to see a fresh face in his position but that won't happen until he wants to quit.
  8. I would like to see the Sox take a lot of pitching in this draft. Obviously they need to take the BPA available at every pick, but infusing more pitching into the system would be great given all the injuries they have had lately.
  9. How many guys has he even fixed during his time here? Thornton, Quintana, and Kahnle? Anyone else?
  10. That does look solid on paper, and you didn't even include Madrigal and Collins. But that lineup would be very right handed heavy.
  11. This season hasn't gone how we had hoped so far, but a lot of the key pieces at the MLB level have been very good. Anderson, Moncada, Eloy, Rodon. Now we just need Lopez and Giolito to get on track.
  12. Really good outing for Rodon. Started out shaky but he finished strong.
  13. I just want him to get a hit for his sake. He's rapidly approaching Chris Davis' new record.
  14. Really nice day for the farm system all the way around. It would be great if Pilkington turned into a legit prospect.
  15. Suddenly, Eloy is hitting .304 in his first cup of coffee in the big leagues. He is going to be great.
  16. Abreu has looked really mediocre this season.
  17. It's better simply because Palka isn't in it.
  18. Luis Robert is a freak of nature. Him and Eloy in the same outfield is going to be so much fun to watch.
  19. I remember Lopez having an absolute dominant start when he was with the Nationals. I think he struck out 11 in 6 innings against the Braves. So the potential is obviously there. It just appears like the Sox won't get the most out of him. In fact he's regressed since the Sox traded for him, which is really telling. And not in a good way.
