  1. That lineup is horrid. This would have been much better IMO Anderson Moncada Abreu Eloy Castillo Alonso Rondon Sanchez Engel
  2. I think he is going to be a fantastic leadoff hitter. I'd like to see him add some pop, but he could still be a really productive player even if he only hits a couple homers a year as long as he hits over .300. With guys like Moncada, Eloy, Robert, etc behind him, literally all he has to do is get on base and be solid defensively at 2nd base.
  3. Collins swing reminds me a lot of Josh Hamilton's when he was in his prime. I'd say that is a good thing.
  4. Their bullpen makes ours look good. Lol.
  5. Eh, even without Machado those 4 are extremely promising. And that doesn't even include the #3 pick in the draft who will most likely be a hitter. Lots of intriguing bats for the Sox.
  6. Madrigal leading off and Moncada hitting second ahead of Eloy and Robert is going to be so much fun to watch.
  7. The only thing that worries me is that Narvaez is probably feeding his teammates all the info he has on the Sox pitchers.
  8. I wouldn't change a thing with Moncada. Keep him hitting #2. Don't fix what isn't broken.
  9. Rodon looks fantastic today. I love it.
  10. Is Palka still hitless this season? Pathetic if so.
  11. Rodon got his run support early. No reason why he shouldn't dominate this lineup.
  12. This is the worst I have seen Kluber look in a really long time.
  13. That was Opening Day 2017. I was there too. The Sox handled that entire situation so poorly. But I ended up getting to miss two days of school because of it and I had better seats the second day because no one was there, so it was worth it. Haha.
  14. The only problem I have noticed so far with him at third is his footwork can be a little out of whack at times when he's making the throw to first on a ground ball, which causes his throw to be wild and inaccurate. But that's an easily fixable problem that will get better with experience.
  15. Yeah I don't know how people could blame anyone but Yolmer for yesterday's loss. The complexion of the inning is totally different if he makes that play. Covey might have been able to get out of a bases loaded, 2 out situation. Instead Yolmer botched an easy play like a little leaguer and the floodgates opened. I'm not a huge Covey fan but I don't think he was at fault for yesterday.
  16. Yolmer and Palka have both been fucking trash this season. Hope both of their days in a White Sox uniform are numbered.
  17. This is all Yolmer's fault. The inning would have been completely different had he made that catch.
  18. He wasn't that bad last year, albeit in a fairly small sample size. I'd rather give him playing time over Yolmer.
  19. Yes, because one at-bat against a great pitcher in the shadows means he sucks.
