I'm a big fan of the pitch clock. I just hit the NC affiliates this week and the pace of play was (obviously) notably faster and way more efficient.

Yeah I'll be quite interested to see how his stuff (hopefully) plays in B'ham next season.

I'm at the Winston game and he was impressive. Stuff definitely not overpowering, FB sitting at 89 on the gun here, but was mixing his pitches well and seemed to do a decent job of hiding the ball in his delivery.

Their season wrapped up last Tuesday along with the ACL. Both didn't make the playoffs.

Maybe the opposing team's cameras would pick it up and it could circulate that way, but highly unlikely the Sox feed would ever intentionally show it.

I think he could very well be a replacement for Engel when he gets too expensive. Seems to offer a very similar skill set.

We'll most likely renew assuming a commitment from the other members in our group, but it'll be harder to justify if they run this dumpster fire back in '23. We'd be better off grabbing tix via secondary markets.

Well last night was the first game he's played at 2B all year. He's gotten some positive reviews on his work at 3B though.

I can't take credit for that, that was Josh Nelson who had him at 4. He was in the low teens for me. I understood Josh's case for it though.

It's an interesting concept most certainly, and nice to see the White Sox at the front of it for a change. Time will tell if it'll work, but they're trying something different and unique.

If they want him playing in the AFL it makes sense to do it now, get a taste of AA for a few weeks. But yeah it does feel very accelerated for sure.
