I have a tendency to agree with you. I know that team in 2020 had a bunch of flaws and not much starting pitching, but if they would've got past Oakland, you really never know how far they would've gone. Abreu could've got hot and carried them.
I thought it was funny in the 9th when Stone talked about Remillard and how it's tough for him seeing these pitchers for the first time. I don't disagree with him about that but what about these guys who've been here all season & longer, swinging at garbage out of the strike zone?
You know I was thinking about that 2005 win and I remember being so excited when Peter Gammons said the White Sox did this the right way.
