Sometimes I feel like Hahn is like Arthur Carlson, the incompetent manager of WKRP...and then there was the episode where Arthur actually learned that the owner of the station (his mother) really kept him around because it was better for her business holdings overall when the radio station lost money. I remember being pretty disappointed at Tilson's defense when he came up because I thought he had a better reputation than what he showed. Cordell was pretty awful when he came up last year but now looks good so you never know what the 2nd or 3rd time around in the bigs will bring. I have no problem with giving Tilson another shot but I don't see any reason to pine for him in any way. He is a good option in AAA in case of injuries with the big club but he probably is not more than that....see Ryan Lamarre.

Why not give them to Jordan Stephens...he is on the 40 man roster, let's see what he can do against MLB talent and if he stinks, move on or move him back to AAA. Nova can't even give innings to spare the bullpen.

I was looking at Tim in the 2 hole and it just hit me at how much improvement he has made with plate discipline. He has been laying off so many pitches out of the zone that he used to flail at. I know he won't hit .400 but man how exciting it is how much he has improved and he is still so young!!

It would be nice to get 6 or 7 strong innings from Ivan. Keep up the offensive pressure and light up Cashner!!!

It is exciting to see Hansen succeeding at all this year. If in the end, he ends up being a good reliever, then fine. He was a total mess last year. Lock down bullpens are very important these days in baseball, if that is how some of our young "starting" pitchers develop that will work too.
