I love Crochet but it depends on how he truly projects. Is he a starter long term? A reliever? Might be smart to trade him for max value right now.

No way they sign both Bauer and Springer. In my opinion the only way they sign Springer is if they get a stud pitcher on a friendly contract like Snell.

That package would never be enough. Why would they take that? The have a player locked in at second. Cease doesn’t have much value at this point and Dunning isn’t a main piece. Kopech, Vaughn or Crochet would 100% be in it.

With Snell’s salary going up significantly the next 3 years in a heavily backloaded contract, I can definitely see them trading him. I would give up any combination of Madrigal, Cease, VAUGHN etc for him.
