With the Trade Deadline approaching, who are some trade candidates the White Sox can target? I don’t expect much movement but I think the Sox are a good starting pitcher away from greatness. Hahn already said that if the Sox make trades it won’t be for rentals. I also doubt the Sox will be willing to part with what’s necessary to grab and ace or superstar. I looked around the league and found 1 pitcher that fits those criteria: Marco Gonzales. 1. He’s consistent 2. He’s signed for 4 years and has a reasonable contract 3. He plays for a non contender. Any other ideas?

I’m really worried about Robert

As much as I crap on the White Sox, I can’t see them letting these “window years” waste with Renteria. Ozzie and even GARFEIN have been blunt with questioning Ricky. Now this from stone. The Sox are not an organization that allows those types of comments or criticisms unless there may be a change soon. Also, fans are clamoring for it. All over Twitter. Anything Sox related it’s Fire Ricky.

There is only one person on the Sox that knows what a championship team looks like and he already let the world know what he thinks about this team. THAT should be enough to know that this team is not run like a championship one.

I have been a huge fan of Abreu but I have never brought the team leader stuff from him. He may be a good mentor to the young guys but he strikes me as someone that has no self awareness which is so important in leadership. He wants to play every single day, if he doesn’t he gets mad, he hates to DH, he only likes batting 3rd or 4th. Give me a break. Dallas said guys weren’t having professional at bats and this guy goes and gives a quote about how “guys are trying” and they “ would have won with or without Dallas’ speech”. Then today, in a 3-0 count, he dribbles to the pitcher. Have some self awareness and be a leader. One of the worst parts about it is that Ricky is loyal to him to a fault. Also, as always, fire Ricky.
