I don’t really buy the activism thing. He will have more of a voice and platform as an athlete. It’s honorable to want to be an activist for important topics but quitting MLB will weaken his influence in my opinion.

Grandal dealing with a minor injury is probably what has kept the Sox from pulling the trigger. Once Grandal proves to be 100% I can see a trade happening quickly. Cishek has been money.
