I refuse to believe the White Sox would go out and spend a bunch to rely on Delmonico and Cheslor Cutbert (or however you spell his name) as the best depth pieces. They have to sign a 2b/RF or start Madrigal in the MLB or they are in trouble.

Moncada extension, Puig and Dozier and it will officially be the best off season of all time. Also, 2 hours in guys are already getting strains (remember Jon Jay last year?), anything can happen. I don't want to hear how a potential addition doesn't "fit" when we need depth! Handedness or platoon splits be damned.

No such thing as too many good players. Fit might not be perfect right now but is Joc an upgrade to an outfielder on our roster? Yes. Has the front office shown interest in him before? Yes. Can he be had for relatively cheap? Possibly. Can’t let Nomar Mazara stop you from upgrading. Get it done!

You are not going to tell me that the Red Sox did not know that the Twins prospect was more likely to be a reliever. I knew that and I have limited knowledge of other teams prospects. Sounds to me like the Red Sox heard the criticism about their return and are getting cold feet or trying to squeeze out a better second piece.
