Stings now, but get that draft pick.

White Sox interested in Athletics Catcher Sean Murphy

Should've kept Narvaez. Much cheaper. Left-handed. While not an offensve machine still a better hitter than Grandal. Better leader. Became better on defense. Grandal has to be one of the worst defensive catchers out there. Omar gets injured but still a better option than Grandal. Again much cheaper. And younger. -
Texas judge blocked the forgiveness open. Some people just want to watch the world burn.
-
My offseason plan remains the same. Sell the team.
-
I want to see Benny the Bull dressed up in a judge's outfit with a gavel trying to recruit him to come to the Southside.
-
Lux from Kenosha, WI, right near where I grew up. Tad younger than me, never knew him personally. Would be cool to see him on the Southside. Not sure what his upside is or if he's our 2B answer though...would be nice to have that LH bat in the lineup.

Refs blew 3 big calls, and the blocked kick, all screwed the bears today. But a helluva game by Fields. Get that draft pick position.
-
This has been a very entertaining football game
-
This defense though. Bears playing catchup all game. That blocked kick is gonna end up being the one that bites them I bet
-
That QB has legs
-
Probably. I forgot how many they've been to in the last decade.

About to be the first world series last out on Houston's field since our 05 Sox. Edit: actually not sure if this is true or not

2023 MLB offseason signings and rumors thread

I still think it's the stupidest s%*# ever. If it's so well received why aren't they doing it in the postseason? -
Sports are about talent.. Hello 2022 white sox. All the talent in the world, nothing to show for it. To answer your question, which you oddly asked very defensively, I would much rather have had a manager that has very recently (like, 0-1 seasons removed) come from a team that's had a sustained culture of winning. Not saying Mr. Pedro won't d o a fine job, but the Kansas City Royals culture and mentality doesn't exactly scream "championship caliber".

I just want to see an eyeballs tweet from Ozzie to stir this pot and I'll be happy.
-
Everything is a mystery with this team.
-
97% of Tony's lineups were Sunday lineups. We just became accustomed to it.
-
I'm gonna be in the minority here...yes them hiring a former manager is just totally white sox...but I don't think Ozzie will be as bad as people might think. If you listened to him on the pre/post this year...he waa clamoring for the same thing all of us were when it came to decision making. I think he actually fits this team well and will give them the fire and the kick in the ass that they need. And he can interact well with both the Latin and non-Latin guys. Just suck Abreu won't be back because I think he would absolutely flourish under Ozzie.

You should have just ran with it
