They may avoid 100 losses, but not many fans will know about it. Fans have forgotten spring training has started. I've never seen people this checked out, there isn't even false hope.

It's sad, but at this point none of this matters. We don't trade for high impact proven talent and won't spend even 100 million on a quality free agent. Feels like there is no hope to be a consistent winner and like we are wasting our time on this organization.

Good luck having a fanbase doing this. We couldn't make a rebuild work when the stars aligned for us with trade chips, big spenders being out on Harper/Machado, weak division, added playoff teams, and Robert in his prime. The truth is the Cubs may steal half of our fan base if not more. Sox fans are really done this time.

I think what he means is that Hahn had some experience working with the FO and hadn't been a failure yet. Chris Getz has failed in his role for player development.

We aren't. Hahn definitely got screwed in some regards, but that is also why he sucks. He is a company man pushover that couldn't put together a competent roster to save his life. Even with things going right, our roster wasn't championship caliber. too many one dimensional players and too much money tied into the bullpen.

Even if you are correct, he still did a lot more terrible than good. Pedro Grifol was hired after TLR. Not to mention TLR actually had success with us compared to the mess we are in now. Harper was never an option for us, so Hahn wanting him meant nothing. You still have to build a team with what you got and he failed at that.

This is so dumb. Why should a player risk their health and millions because TAss squared up on someone and got clapped? I would only defend a teammate with hands if they were in real danger or they were getting jumped. Outside of that, I'm just trying to break the fight up to prevent people from getting knocked out.
