    We played the Royals in the height of their slump, the Rangers when they were awful, and the Twins.

    This bullpen has been a disaster in general.

    Against a team that came into this series losing 11 straight games and whose pitching staff was getting railed.

    The law of averages and regression eventually get to you. We have to weather the storm to avoid prolonged droughts.

    Went down stairs to get a beer and then cut the game on and we are already losing.

    If you don't hit a lot of homers it is hard to do. Late bullpen arms are usually too good to string a bunch of hits on.
