  3. With the exception of 2005 and I guess 2008 if you count that, this franchise has a long and storied (ha ha) history of getting bounced out in the opening round. This yr will be no exception. Houston is the superior team
  4. Im not saying Nick is going to b a superstar. I mean we thought the same of Gordon Beckham. We all knew how he ended up

  6. We were completly disillusional thinking we could beat a good team like Houston, may as well get swept
  7. We're just not a complete good team, we won a bad division and beat up on some bad teams but when we meet a quality team see what happens, our misery will continue into the off season
  8. Will we step up to the plate or continue to just be the White Sox?
  9. i Cant decide if I like following the game on gamecast or hearing all the comments here on Soxtalk
  10. Is this June or October, I cant tell, We look like we did when Houston tomahawked us......
  11. So does MLB still keep an eye on the Stros as far as the trash can being thumped as in what they did a few yrs back to cheat? I doubt they be dumb enough to pull it off again
  12. I agree plenty of mental mistakes, we need to loosen our assholes a bit Always plenty of armchair QB's here and I admit I'm one of them
  13. Who ever said alcohol ages you??
  14. I'm just glad hes gone, maybe they distant cousins??
  15. I been in the gym biz since 1988 and have competed in bodybuilding since 1983 and can tell you your diet is HUGE, figure out if your more carb sensitive or fat sensitive and act accordingly. As a rule as we age we become more vernerable to carbs, which I personally crave but I always burn them off via cardio or w free weights. Calories are defined as a unit of energy so use them as such, low cal diets equate low energy which negatively effect yr training But good work guys who have worked out, Kudos to all you, keep it up!
