  1. Wes Lunt commits to Illinois. Between Lunt and Bailey Illinois actually is going to have a ton of talent at QB. Just need to work on basically every other position now.
  2. Why the f*** does Spoelstra still have LeBron, Wade, Bosh and Allen in? Only bad things can happen right now.
  3. QUOTE (Buehrle>Wood @ Jun 11, 2013 -> 08:57 PM) Anyone watchinv Mexican fans be completely classless? Throwing stuff at Costa Ricans on three corner kicks. Hit the guy a couple times. Standard operating procedure at Azteca. It is pathetic that CONCACAF hasn't reprimanded or penalized Mexico for their fans behavior.
  4. QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Jun 11, 2013 -> 04:43 PM) They simply state that it's no fun and boring. Other than that - good to go! The reviews I have seen have been pretty mixed but I think everything Snyder has directed has been no fun and boring (except for the Dawn of the Dead remake) including 300 so no surprise to me.
  5. QUOTE (Jenksismyb**** @ Jun 6, 2013 -> 12:05 PM) Wow. This could go down as an all-timer. http://www.metacritic.com/game/playstation-3/the-last-of-us I almost want to buy a PS3 just to play this game.
  6. QUOTE (Jenksismyb**** @ Jun 4, 2013 -> 02:27 PM) Only 2 of of those games were real blow outs though. And Indiana had one of their own. The rest were tight until the final minutes. Indiana never got Miami's lead below 8 in the 4th quarter of game 5 and Miami led by double figures for the last 8 minutes. That game may not have been a blowout but it also wasn't competitive.
  7. QUOTE (Jake @ Jun 4, 2013 -> 02:17 PM) Indiana outplayed the Heat for the majority of the series, including a game or two that were lost. They definitely showed they belong in future contenders conversations. If Miami will remain this vulnerable with bad Bosh, bad Wade, it's all a toss-up. 3 out of Miami's 4 victories were by double figures and Indiana never had a chance in any of those games. They definitely didn't outplay Miami in that series.
  8. QUOTE (Rowand44 @ Jun 3, 2013 -> 10:16 PM) What happened? Early game change for me. Nothing big. Pendergraph was setting a screen on Norris Cole, Cole did nothing and then Pendergraph shoves Cole for no reason they both get ejected and then Pendergraph continued to talk a lot of s*** towards Cole and the Heat's bench.
  9. I love when garbage players like Jeff Pendergraph have to be tough guys at the end of series when their team got their ass handed to them in a game.
  10. QUOTE (Jordan4life @ Jun 3, 2013 -> 09:59 PM) Wade obviously showed up tonight. But it's not like he's been dominant. Bosh still sucks. Ray Allen hit a few 3's. Tonight was mostly the LeBron show. This eastern conference title for LeBron might be more impressive (as in single-handedly getting your team to the finals) than 2007. LeBron was amazing again tonight but this game was mostly about the Heat being completely locked in on defense. The Pacers had very few quality looks at the basket tonight.
  11. LeBron making Paul George his b**** tonight. Completely destroying him at both ends of the court from the start.
  12. QUOTE (Jake @ Jun 3, 2013 -> 08:36 PM) Pacers need Paul George to do something. He is killing them on both ends Agreed. LeBron has lived in the paint the entire night and hasn't even had to really work to get in there.
  13. LOL at that shot going in by Stephenson. Guy is an awful shooter but he has made some complete prayers in this series.
  14. QUOTE (Jordan4life @ Jun 3, 2013 -> 08:27 PM) f***in' Ray Allen. The cross matchups are working in the Heat's favor right now. Their smaller lineup is forcing turnovers and the Pacers big men have lost Allen a couple times now.
  15. QUOTE (Rowand44 @ Jun 3, 2013 -> 08:19 PM) Taking George and Hibbert out together is just insanely dumb. I wouldn't do it to begin with but I'm not entirely opposed to trying to steal a couple minutes for them. However, in this case it was obvious within a couple possessions they weren't going to be able to get away with that tonight.
  16. No idea why Vogel has left George and Hibbert on the bench together so long. This lineup for the Pacers is garbage. No scoring at all.
  17. QUOTE (ZoomSlowik @ Jun 3, 2013 -> 08:01 PM) Shocked they didn't give Lebron that call at the end of the quarter. That is because it was a foul. Hibbert jumped towards James there, he wasn't close to being vertical. Refs basically letting everything go right now though.
  18. Roy Hibbert could easily have been called for 3 fouls already. Lots of contact on those Bosh drives.
  19. Lofl at that call against LeBron. Where are all the people b****ing about the refs with the Pacers getting all the calls.
  20. QUOTE (Brian @ Jun 1, 2013 -> 09:24 PM) If this goes 7, Miami will get every call. Get ready. No way Stern wants SA/Indy. Lowest ratings ever. Lol. Maybe but the Pacers have been getting all the calls tonight.
  21. That call against LeBron was beyond awful. Not even a moving screen and worse screens than that get set on every possession of a game. Hibbert just set a blatantly moving screen on this end with no call.
  22. QUOTE (IlliniKrush @ May 28, 2013 -> 08:28 PM) Thinking ahead...anywhere online you'd be able to see the game tomorrow? Because if weather knocks out directv like it has now... Firstrowsports is always a good bet
  23. QUOTE (Jordan4life @ May 27, 2013 -> 07:44 PM) lol. what the hell? And what do you mean a couple? Are you serious? You need to go check bball reference or something. Hell, Kobe did it to Mike himself (yes, the old, fat brokedown version) his last year. He had like 45 points and 9 threes in the first half (check youtube). And yet, in significantly fewer games, Jordan had more 50 point games than Kobe and way more 40 point games. Jordan also scored 40 plus 9 straight times in his 86-87 season and scored 40+ 37 times that year (which included 8 50+ games which is more than Kobe ever had in a single season).
  24. Two brutal plays by LeBron in the last minute.
  25. QUOTE (iamshack @ May 23, 2013 -> 04:12 PM) In fact, that isn't even LeBron's real strong suit...I don't think that LeBron will go down as someone hitting game winners like MJ or Kobe....LeBron is much better at making the smart basketball play, which usually eqautes to getting the most high-percentage shot available for him or his teammates. I've seen LeBron pass up the final shot PLENTY of times in critical parts of playoff games to get it to a wide-open shooter. LeBron is better at hitting game winning shots than Kobe. Kobe is f***ing atrocious in those situations.
