However, it did look like the clock stopped before the foul actually occurred. Edit: Just saw it again. There is almost no doubt that the clock would have run out before the foul if it wouldn't have stopped with .2 seconds left.

This show is awful

I really can't stand Brian Randle. Couple of good games and then he pulls this bulls***. 1-10 in the 1st half including a wide open missed dunk and a few other missed bunnies.

Then for a short period they called any contact at all. Then all of a sudden they decide to let the game get physical again. There just is no consistency from game to game or even from minute to minute in the way they call the games.
