Strong pound for pound is not just how much you bench. I only bench once a week. Oh, I know, you said you wrestle right? Its hard to judge strength without actually meeting a person but this benching is a pretty good indicator of upper body strength. But I do have you beat in lifting. My all time max is 215 and I weigh 135.

Um....Because Raef Lafrentz is their second best player and they aren't even in the top 3 teams in the East. The Nets with Mourning, Martin, Kidd, Kittles, and Jefferson are a much better team. Detroit is better and the Pacers have a lot more talent than the Celtics. Also, there is no way a team from the east takes down the Western Conference representative.
