haven't been to a home game in 4 years. Covid, then TLR account for 3 years. 7-21 start got me this year. Going to Minneapolis next week and will catch the game there. Will see them in Denver in August. Rick and Kenny will have to go before I return to the south side. Overall I've been to 5 games in those 4 years, but can't bring myself to give JR any of my money.

Too much time apart can be hard to overcome in a marriage. Not having kids yet is a good thing. Gio and his wife both seem like good people and I wish both of them well.

Unless the light comes back on soon, The Sox would be better off passing on Andersons option. Use the money else where. Plus. some times when you trade a "debby downer" type, the team improves a bit thru a more positive atmosphere.

Gio pitched well last night. I'm gonna miss that guy. Even though he'll only be a 2-3 month rental, he should bring a solid return.

So easy to root for a guy like Remy. Reminds me of pitcher Scot Carroll. He came up after a long MILB career and really pitched well for a few months. Nice to see perseverance rewarded, even if its just until the league figures out their kryponite.

Gavin Sheets hitting 7th. I don't like watching GS hit. Or field. Or chew gum. In a year or two after he's out of baseball, I hope I'll be able to block out the last couple of years of his career. The first year was actually a lot of fun.

The title says it all. How much would it cost, and is it even feasible. Sox park is actually pretty damn nice downstairs and the concourse is great for when we're being blown out. The outside appearance is already cool. Another thing is the area around the park is even better than it was 40 years ago. good parking is available. If it was up to me I'd make the upstairs smaller and reduce capacity to 36-37000. I might leave the club level outside seats in place but separate them as stand alone premium seats. Those views are great.

Las Vegas area population is pretty small. A's would have it all to themselves. Would people go to Vegas when their team is in town? I don't really know. Maybe being an expansion team with no baggage would be better.

We're bad. We'll get worse next year. The only thing holding us together is starting pitching. Gio and Lynn are gone in less than 3 weeks. 100 losses are more likely than not. 100 losses next year is a real possibility. To brighten the mood, all future posts from Zisk will be humor based.
