  1. When the ink is dry on his 4 year extension with the Sox ?
  2. Probably just a bruise for Yoan. Hurts like hell, but I think he‘ll be good to go tomorrow.
  3. With Leury playing SS, they gonna need a CF in Chicago
  4. While I think that Ricky as far as in game decisions go is probably one of the worst managers in baseball, the players like him and there doesn‘t appear to be a lot of drama in the clubhouse. Compare this to the shitshow that was 2016 or the later Ozzie years. The most important skill of a manager/coach is to make sure that players are a unit and are working together. I played professionally, not baseball, but whatevs, and I had some coaches who were brilliant tacticians, but everyone hated their guts and it resulted into bad play because nobody gave a shit about what they had to say.
  5. So we are going to pretend that Alexei wasn't a really good defender who should have won a couple of gold gloves?
  6. Can‘t wait for the usual meatballs to blame the training staff for that injury.
  7. Please, don‘t extend Jose. He is close to done.
  8. Jose Abreu expands the zone every time, not only with RISP, that‘s why his OBP sucks and his K-rate skyrocketed.
  9. Welcome to the Juan Minaya bandwagon! Population: 2
  10. Price despite having not much command tonight, still getting the benefit of the doubt on borderline pitches. #JustRedSoxThings
  11. You gotta take some risks when it comes to hot takes.
  12. I hope he doesn‘t make me look bad after giving him a bit of praise.
  13. Juan Minaya has been pretty good so far. Just like last season. Dude is a fine middle reliever and people act like he is Mike MacDougal
  14. That thread is a great read. People were livid that the Sox let Kevan fucking Smith walk.
  15. Nomar Mazara's best season was at 1 WAR. He is a marginal player,so saying the Sox don't have what it takes to acquire him is ludicrous. Why you'd bring up 4 random White Sox players, I'll never know.
  16. Tim probably didn‘t see Fry, he ranged deep to his right and threw it in one motion in a desperate attempt.
  17. Intentionally walking Jackie “.690 OPS“ Bradley Jr. twice in a game is quite the feat
  18. Would have been nice if there was someone to throw to at 3rd though.
  19. When he first came over, he had some range but awful hands. He is looking like David Ortiz out there now.
  20. Jose was guarding the line and it still got by him. His dive was more like him falling down.
  21. He has thrown 3 (three) 2-seamers today. The rest of your post is based on nothing but your confirmation bias.
  22. Herrera has gone from throwing 36% 2 Seamers to throwing 7% 2 seamers. Caulfield making shit up again?
