Doesn't the US spend more per student, than just about any other country? Not saying it is spent well or efficiently, but I seem to recall the US is top 5 or so in $/capita on school funding. By the way... sorry, not trying to be argumentative or anything, just asking if anyone knows off hand. Ok looked it up myself. Similar stuff from a couple sources. How about Joe Kelly getting suspended for throwing behind guys and making faces, when the guys he threw at, conspired to cheat over multiple seasons, succeeded, and de-frauded MLB of a championship, and totaled 0 days of suspensions.
