It seems like Weaver isn't very twitchy yet, but with how skinny he is you can probably project a ton more good weight on him and probably have some top speed traded in for more twitchiness

I don't really understand our pick because it sounds like he has good hands at short, average at best speed and not a great bat. Fangraphs had him at the #15 high school hitter from the unranked guys (so 15th best HS hitter outside the top 130). They also have him listed at 3B.
