Fair enough. From the comments on this thread it seems that he makes more than just the racists seethe.
-
What is so likable about him?
-
How many times is he going to get the excuse “stuff going on in his life affecting things”? It seems to happen every year. At what point does he get labeled a weak-minded person for not being able to handle the stuff (mostly self inflicted) that goes on in his life.

Wow I stand corrected. I thought they cooled off a lot more than that after the 35-5 start. The Royals we’re a disaster that year. 1984 still one of the worst years. Especially with Tom Seaver. -

Oh I know they won’t rid themselves of the divisions but it makes no sense once you go to a balanced schedule. -

Yes I think .500 is their ceiling and they won’t reach that. Especially once they sell at the deadline. I still think they lose 90+. -

If they are going with a balanced schedule they should get rid of divisions altogether. -

.600 is what the OP pointed out that they’ve played in this stretch. Also is Minnesota going to play this poorly? And Cleveland? And Detroit? -

I don’t think there’s anybody alive that thinks this team can play .600, let alone .500, the rest of the way. -
If you’re so soft that you blow out a hamstring doing something as common as running to first I don’t give a s%*#.

Thread from 2015: White Sox sign Carson Fulmer

And if he just plain sucks who are the guys who drafted him? -

Of course there’s still the problem with … why do the Sox draft players that suck? -

Yeah the fans around Tampa don’t really deserve them. Year in and year out they put out a good product and nobody shows up. -

I’ve been coasting off the fumes of growing up a White Sox fan. I’ve tuned them out in current times. I read about them obviously but can’t justify spending time watching them. As a new part time Florida resident I do get enjoyment out of following the Rays and watching them. I thought I would find it difficult but it hasn’t really been difficult. I may even buy a partial Ray’s season ticket package next year. -

The 1983 team had lots of players you could like. Fisk, Baines, Luzinski, Hoyt, Kittle, Law. This team has maybe Burger. -
I would hate to see this site turn into WSI. Things don’t get rehashed there but they have about six people who post because they’ve run everyone else off.

I’m not sure what should be discussed until the trade deadline? Should it just be game threads and close the rest of the site down until then?

I have a feeling we may see some trades (Giolito, Lynn, etc.) happen in June. Then they will be buried. Hawks and Bears won the first picks. Maybe the Sox and Bulls will join them.
