The 9 year old 4th grader in me was also devastated. That was the 1st Sox team I really followed. That offense was so fucking nasty. Been hooked ever since.

Leury is the MVP of the game right now. Amazing play in CF, injured the other pitcher and forced a lefty in to the game, scored the tying run, and tickled TLR's balls in the dugout. LEGEND

I'll man up and admit that LuPuss Giolito impressed me with his bounce-back after that horrible 1st inning. He still needs to be better though. Big of me to admit that.

Bringing back Leaury in 2022 wasn't THAT bad of a decision. Giving him a 3 year deal is one of the most mind blowing decisions I've ever seen though.
