  1. PTI is still a thing that people still watch in 2022?
  2. This is KW testing the waters for our reaction. Not falling for that, Kenny! Get back to work.
  3. If Big Sexy's Ass Scope Procedure says it's true, then it must be true.
  4. The Sox simply cannot go into next season with Eloy, Vaughn, and Abreu all on the roster. Someone has to go. Then you have to figure out what to do with the other 3 DHs: Grandal, Sheets, Burger. In my opinion, ship out Burger and Sheets for whatever you can get in return. Let Grandal remain at catcher while playing a lot of games at 1st, DH, and bench. Roster needs a complete shakeup to add more defense and flexibility. Roster malpractice from Hahn if they bring these guys back.
  5. Watched "The Black Phone". Pretty good, not great. Worth seeing if you like Stephen King type stories. It's based off of a story written by his son. Anyone seen "Nope" yet? Heard mixed things but mostly positive.
  6. If the Sox are ever going to make a run, the time is now. They're as healthy as they will be all season and the schedule is weak. They could really use a huge run like 14-5 or 15-4, as they haven't had an extended run like that all season. I'll predict 12-7.
  7. The Sox have so many veterans who have been completely useless. Guys who have good to great career track records, but are amongst the worst players in all of MLB in 2022. Off the top of my head: Jimenez Grandal Moncada Pollock Lynn Bummer A little unfair to include Bummer as his numbers don't put him amongst the worst in baseball but his availability has been the issue. Giolito has also been disappointing but not to the extent of the guys mentioned above. It's highly unlikely all 6 of these guys turn it around in the 2nd half but if the Sox are going to make any sort of deep run, they need probably at least 4 of them to get it together. Amongst the position players that I mentioned, here's how I'd rank the likelihood that they have a bounce back 2nd half and return to form: Grandal Moncada Jimenez Pollock I still like Grandal and am optimistic that he will be good if his body feels good. Moncada has shown some flashes lately and seems to be making progress. I still like Eloy's bat better than Moncada but I need to see him in the lineup consistently before I have any faith in his ability to return to form. Pollock looks like toast but still holding on to a glimmer of hope he goes on a tear for a month or so.
  8. What I've eaten at the park this year: Hot dog - always with mustard and grilled onions. never ketchup Buona Beef - hot and sweet peppers Loaded nachos with beef Regular Nachos w/ cheese and jalapeno Rainbow cone Helmet Sundae I usually never stray from the above. What am I missing out on?
  9. This probably happens a lot, we just don't have high-resolution slow-mo cameras to pick it up every time. But still pretty cool to see.
  10. The contract extension for Soto does not play in to the trade package.
  11. Also, Sunday is Bieber vs Cease. That's spicy. Daddy likey.
  12. I nailed it. Tony should be extended, but if he isn't, make me manager.
  13. I would go: Friday: Giolito Saturday: Cueto, Lynn Sunday: Cease Monday: Off Tuesday: Kopech
  14. Weren't these guys fake? Just a couple of faces but not the actual singers?
  15. Sox picking 30th overall. Who do we like at 30?
  16. I can't believe MSESPN is allowing her to do a game on FOX!
  17. Who calls games for FOX now that Buck jumped ship?
  18. https://www.instagram.com/tv/CgI4hTzgfow/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y= "The first half is over. We return in a few days to continue working"
  19. JR and TLR are probably working on the contract extension as we speak. KW and RH will be informed after the ink is dry. Extend Tony.
