  1. I'm more concerned with Bohm's controllable seasons. Just doesn't make sense for a timeline fit,
  2. I think that's correct. However, I also think the 3rd prospect will be interesting and in a theoretical 100-200 range
  3. Just wait until we sign 4 similar guys so they can start..
  4. He’s the type of guy I’d bring in to see if you get lucky
  5. We should have no issue protecting however many we think have potential of being selected. I'd prioritize: Montgomery, Carela, AHT and Mcgough. Specifically since I think both relievers could be used this year, and early on.
  6. Yeah silly for people to think the Sox would say no when in reality the Orioles laugh at you and hang up the phone.
  7. How would that be a bad deal for the Sox? By the way.. The Orioles would say no, rather easily.
  8. Red Sox may be the best fit unless Abreu is the headliner..
  9. I love Teel but I don't want another catcher anyways. Didn't you allude to Campbell would be included? I could do a Campbell, Abreu + type package. I thought I remember you mentioning (or someone) Campbell and Montgomery
  10. @Y2Jimmy0 I believe it was said Abreu was an ask as well. I'd certainly hope for a better headliner though.
  11. In most cases yes.. But I also think Painter (and a few others) would be outliers.
  12. yikes.. This makes me think he wasn't allowed to hire his own guys to keep THAT many.
  13. It's easy to look using hindsight but the Bummer trade was absolutely the right decision.
  14. If that were true, the 3rd piece could be inconsequential to me honestly. Painter would've been a wild get.
  15. Good to hear we were targeting those 2 at the very least (Miller and Paula)
