  1. He was having a good year prior to the trade? the only reason most people were okay with it because we were hoping for some chance he gets close to his career norms with us.. That did not happen.
  2. Picking up the Cesar option is the equivlent to signing Eaton. Baragin shopping early in the offseason.
  3. Yeah, BUT Alex Call got us Yonder Alonso, which speaks for itself.
  4. interesting. Then back to 4 man for the 7 game series?
  5. I have always wondered if we could have gotten Soto instead of Lopez... Or even Dunning. OUCH! I don't think i wanna know LOL
  6. I honestly think its CRAZY that Abreu is leading. I could probably put 4 players easily ahead of him (Lynn, Rodon, Hendriks, Anderson). You could even make a case for Moncada without too much effort too.
  7. If everyone is active come playoffs I am not the least bit worried. We clearly rested a ton of guys the past month. If everyone is healthy, we are the most talented team in the AL
  8. I do get semi-worried about "coasting" and the players not coming in ready. However, a healthy white sox team, is the best team in the AL.
  9. Jo Adell still looks like shit lol. Robert never looked THAT bad ever. But yes, I too believe in Kelenic, this "Orgasm thread" is just weird.
  10. He is up to a scorching .160. I wouldn't want to face him!
  11. Kopech one hurts and is scary. Other than that, I don't think the injuries are at all serious and more so rest.
  12. Let's get to 3 innings before we get wild.
  13. Really wish he would play... womp. Why call him up and not let him play everyday if he isn't given a chance.
  14. I'll risk 4/60 on him. Pass at 80+
  15. This would be fun to do in a video game like MLB the Show. Pick off guys at the back end of the 26 man rosters.. sounds fun,.
  16. He will sign for 4 years 60 million is my guess. I would sign him to it, with the way he continues to pitch. At the very least you offer the QO. The only way to make it work though would be to trade Keuchel as a salary dump (likely), since Kopech will need to be in the rotation.
  17. Leury also has a TON of just bad at bats sonsistently, more than anyone i can remember.
  18. If Cesar continues 2020 as he has in 2020, you will not be able to trade him. 6 million isn't some great steal for an aging .704 OPS hitter
  19. I thought they could be if they were in the organization already? AKA can't use a waiver claim, but could use Romy.. I probably am wrong though lol Found this: As mentioned, players acquired via trade in September are not eligible for their new team, and the same goes for those signed as free agents during that time. However, if a club wants to add a player who was not on the 40-man roster but was in the organization, it can petition the Commissioner's Office if that player is replacing someone who has been on the 60-day DL for at least 60 days. One notable example of this was pitcher Brandon Finnegan, who appeared in every stage of the 2014 postseason for the Royals despite the fact that he was not added to the 40-man roster until Kansas City purchased his contract from its Double-A club on Sept. 1 of that year.
  20. I have been clamoring for this but would have never expected it. Is he going to get a chance to start a bit?
