Yes, I think Vaughn will be slower, and not take good routes. HOWEVER, I don't think he will be as boneheaded. And that can make all the difference in the world. We only need one of them out there for 2 years.

Kelley is about to be untouchable in 3 month. I absolutely would had to trade him for Santander.

Seems very Tampa-like actually. They always trade their guys once they get to arbitration (it seems). But yes, his value is lower.

Maybe I am wrong but he seems to not be missing badly. Getting squeezed some but hes there (obviously some bad balls).. I don't think the 3 walks are indicative of his command today. His curve has been good and no one has hit it hard at all and i even like the change.. The fastball is the issue still

Assuming Vaughn is as expected.. Jose should not be offered another extension. That still gives him 2 more years with us. Tough choices need to be made if you're serious.
